Mother’s Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions
By entering this competition, each entrant agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 25 years or older who hold a full, valid New Zealand driver’s license.
- Customers may enter by completing a paper entry form collected from any participating retailer, or by scanning the Bonus entry QR code and submitting the online form during the promotional period.
- The promotion runs from Monday, 30 March 2026 to Thursday, 30 April 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
- One winner will receive a Mother’s Day Weekend Getaway Prize, including a one-night stay at Riverside Matakana and use of a Mercedes-Benz vehicle for the weekend.
- The Mercedes-Benz vehicle is subject to availability. An insurance excess will apply in the event of any damage or incident.
- The prize is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable or cash. No cash alternative will be offered.
- The prize must be used on specified dates, or as otherwise agreed with the prize providers. Transport to and from the destination is not included unless stated.
- The winner will be drawn at random on Friday, 1 May 2026 and contacted via phone and/or email.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 12 Hours, the prize may be redrawn.
- By entering, entrants agree to participate in promotional activity, including the use of their name and image.
- Milford Centre, Milford Shops and Mercedes-Benz North Shore reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Milford Centre, Milford Shops and Mercedes-Benz North Shore accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries.
- Milford Centre (NZRPG) and associated partners are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or prize.
