Milford Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

  1. The Milford Rewards program runs from 9:00am on Monday 28 July 2025 till 5pm on Sunday 3rd August 2025 , and is available at Milford Shopping Centre only.
  2. The customer must spend $150 or more in a single transaction at a Milford Shopping Centre retailer (excluding Woolworths) to be eligible to redeem the $20 Milford Shopping Centre gift voucher.
  3. Only purchases made between 9:00am Monday 28 July 2025 and 5pm Sunday 3rd August 2025 are eligible for gift voucher redemption.
  4. The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase when redeeming the gift voucher.
  5. Each customer is limited to redeeming 3 gift vouchers per day.
  6. The gift card expiry date will be 12 months from the date of purchase.
  7. By redeeming a NZ Retail Property Group Gift Card, you accept and must adhere to the following terms and conditions.
  8. The gift card can be used at any participating Milford Shopping Centre retailer. For a list of participating retailers please see our Milford centre website. https://milfordcentre.co.nz/gift-cards/
  9. Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  10. Treat your Gift Card as cash. Keep your Gift Card secure and do not tamper, deface or alter the magnetic strip as this will void your Gift Card.
  11. Lost, stolen or damaged cards can be replaced. You will need to:
    • Retain your original receipt
    • Provide your Serial Number and Bar Code on the back of your Gift Card.
    • Confirm date and location of payment.

  13. All purchases made using the Gift Card are subject to the redeeming store’s policies, obligations and terms and conditions, including refunds, credits and quality controls on purchases adhering to their obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Any concerns regarding errors in transactions must be directed to the store where the Gift Card was redeemed.
  14. When retailer’s point of sale system is unavailable, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed. NZ Retail Property Group is not liable for any loss or damage caused by such circumstances.
